J-Plasma in Dubai costs between AED 15,000 and AED 35,000 across the emirate, priced by the area treated. My own fees run from AED 15,000 to AED 25,000 for a limited area such as the neck, chin, or face, and AED 25,000 to AED 35,000 for larger or multiple areas such as the abdomen, arms, or thighs.
This page sets out what that fee reflects and what it includes. What it reflects is the half of body contouring that most people overlook: removing fat is only half the job — what happens to the skin left behind is what separates a good result from a great one. J-Plasma tightens that skin from beneath, without the long scars of skin-removal surgery. What the fee includes is everything: the treatment, the hospital, the anesthesia, and the care around them, with nothing to pay afterward. A price quoted before an examination is a price for a procedure, not for a patient, and so the exact figure follows a consultation rather than preceding it.

J-Plasma fees by area
J-Plasma, also known as Renuvion, is priced by how much of the body is treated. These are my bands.

Where you sit is settled on examination, because the number of areas and the degree of laxity both follow from your anatomy rather than a photograph.
Why the exact figure comes after a consultation
A single number at the top of a page is tidy, and for J-Plasma it would mislead. How many areas you want treated changes the figure, and so does the degree of skin laxity. And there is a threshold that matters: J-Plasma is for mild to moderate looseness — where the skin has lost some grip but not a great deal. Beyond that, it is the wrong tool, and I will say so.
A price given before an examination has priced the procedure, not the patient. Whether J-Plasma is right for you, and over how many areas, can only be judged by assessing your skin. You are given bands here, and an exact figure in writing once you have been examined.
What the fee reflects: the treatment itself
Most of what you are paying for is skin tightening done from beneath the surface, by a surgeon who adopted the technology early and knows where it belongs. Here is what mine involves.
- Tightening from beneath, not cutting from above. J-Plasma combines helium plasma with radiofrequency energy, delivered under the skin through tiny incisions. It heats the deeper layer in a controlled way, which makes the skin contract on the spot and prompts it to build collagen over the months that follow. The skin is tightened without the long scars a skin-removal operation leaves. Delivering that heat at the right depth, to the right degree, over the right areas is where the skill lies — and the skill is a large part of what the fee reflects.
- Tiny incisions, hidden. The energy is delivered through incisions only a few millimeters long, placed discreetly and often within natural skin folds. Most heal until they are very hard to see.
- Early experience with the technology. I was among the first surgeons in the UAE to adopt J-Plasma, precisely because it answered a problem I saw after fat removal — skin that no longer fit the body beneath it. That experience is part of what the fee reflects.
- Knowing when not to use it. This matters as much as the technique. J-Plasma tightens mild to moderate laxity well; it does not replace surgery for severe looseness. Where the skin has lost too much grip, I will recommend a tummy tuck or a facelift instead, rather than sell you a treatment that will underdeliver.

Seven things, one figure. There is no separate hospital invoice, and no anesthesia bill arriving in the weeks after your treatment. When I quote you a number, that is the number, and it does not move.
What moves the figure within the range
Two things decide where within the range you sit, and both are settled on examination.
- How many areas are treated. This is the largest factor. A single small area such as the neck sits at the bottom of the range; the abdomen with the arms or thighs sits at the top.
- The degree of laxity. More extensive tightening takes longer, and operating time is the largest single cost within any procedure fee.
Neither can be judged from a photograph. Both are apparent within minutes of an examination.
J-Plasma with liposuction
The bands on this page are for J-Plasma as a treatment in its own right — for skin that has lost its firmness with age, after pregnancy, or after weight loss.
Very often, though, J-Plasma is done in the same session as liposuction in Dubai — the fat removed and the skin tightened over the new contour in one recovery. That is the pairing it was made for, and where the two are combined the figure is quoted as part of the liposuction plan rather than added here. A combined procedure is usually the more economical choice, since one anesthetic and one recovery serve both. Whether you need J-Plasma alone, liposuction alone, or the two together is one of the first things we settle on examination.
Insurance in the UAE
I do not work with insurance companies.
J-Plasma is a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by health insurance in the UAE. There are uncommon exceptions after major weight loss — where loose skin causes documented functional problems — in which a policy may in principle respond; if you believe yours is one of them, take it up directly with your insurer before you see me, not afterward.
I would rather say this plainly on a web page than have you spend three weeks discovering it.
Revision, and what my quotation does not promise
The figure I quote is the figure you pay for the treatment we agreed. There is no hidden cost within it.
J-Plasma tightens the skin, but it does not stop it from aging, and it cannot correct laxity it was never suited to. Where skin continues to loosen over the years, or where a surgical option later becomes the better answer, that is a separate procedure, priced as one. I would rather state that now than have you feel misled later.
How to get your figure
You are examined so that the degree of laxity can be judged, and the right answer chosen — whether J-Plasma suits you, over how many areas, and whether it belongs on its own or alongside liposuction. That is what decides the procedure, and therefore the figure.
