Liposuction in Dubai costs between AED 15,000 and AED 50,000 across the emirate, and the figure depends mostly on how many areas are treated. My own fees run from AED 15,000 for a single small area to AED 50,000 for large or multiple areas, with VASER or J-Plasma adding roughly 20 to 30 percent where they are used.
This page sets out what that fee reflects and what it includes. What it reflects is a point most price lists miss: the machine is not the operation. The same VASER device in two pairs of hands produces two different results, because liposuction is decided by judgment — where fat should stay, how much the skin will hold — not by the equipment. What the fee includes is everything: the surgery, the hospital, the anesthesia and the care around them, with nothing to pay afterward. A price quoted before an examination is a price for an operation, not for a patient, and so the exact figure follows a consultation rather than preceding it.

Liposuction fees by area
Liposuction is priced mainly by how much of the body is treated. These are my bands.

Where you sit is settled on examination, because the number of areas, the amount of fat, and whether your skin needs tightening all follow from your anatomy rather than a photograph.
Why the exact figure comes after a consultation
A single number at the top of a page is tidy, and for liposuction it would be a fiction. How many areas you want treated changes everything, and areas are connected — treating the abdomen alone while leaving the flanks and back untouched rarely gives the result people imagine. Whether your skin will retract on its own, or needs the help of J-Plasma, changes the plan and the price. And the technique that suits you — traditional, VASER, or high-definition — depends on what you are trying to achieve.
A price given before an examination has priced the procedure, not the patient. What your body actually needs can only be judged by assessing it from every angle. You are given bands here, and an exact figure in writing once you have been examined.
What the fee reflects: the operation itself
Most of what you are paying for is judgment, not equipment. Any clinic can buy a VASER machine; the result comes from how it is used. Here is what mine involves.
- The surgeon decides, not the device. A machine cannot decide where fat should remain, how much support the skin needs, or where a contour should fall. Poor liposuction results come from surgeons relying on technology instead of technique. I plan every case as a three-dimensional map of your body before any fat is removed — which is the part no device performs, and the part the fee is actually buying.
- Contouring the whole shape, not one bulge. The waist is defined by contrast, so the abdomen, flanks, waist and back are treated as one connected unit rather than in isolation. Flattening the front alone leaves a straight, boxy silhouette; reducing evenly around the torso is what actually narrows the waist. It is also why connected areas are usually treated together — and why multi-area plans sit toward the upper band of the fee range.
- VASER, where finesse is needed. VASER uses ultrasonic energy to emulsify fat while sparing the connective tissue, nerves and blood vessels around it. That means less trauma, smoother removal, and better skin retraction — and it is what allows high-definition sculpting of the deep and superficial layers for a natural, athletic result. It costs more because it does more, not because it is newer.
- Skin tightening built into the plan. Removing fat is only half the job; what the skin does afterward decides the result. Where the skin will not retract on its own, J-Plasma tightens it from beneath as I refine the contour, without the long scars of skin-removal surgery. Whether you need it is judged on your skin, not sold as an upgrade — and where it is used, it is what the 20 to 30 percent addition pays for, quoted into your figure from the start.

Seven things, one figure. There is no separate hospital invoice, and no anesthesia bill arriving in the weeks after your surgery. Where VASER or J-Plasma is part of your plan, it is quoted into the figure — not added afterward. When I quote you a number, that is the number, and it does not move.
What moves the figure within the range
Three things decide where you sit, and all are settled on examination.
- How many areas are treated. This is the largest factor. One small area sits at the bottom of the range; full-body or circumferential contouring sits at the top.
- The technique. Traditional liposuction is the base; VASER or J-Plasma adds roughly 20 to 30 percent where finer sculpting or skin tightening is needed.
- Operating time. Complexity is measured in hours under anesthesia, and operating-room time is the largest single cost within any surgical fee.
None of these can be judged from a photograph. All of them are apparent within minutes of an examination.
Combined procedures are priced separately

Liposuction is often performed alongside a tummy tuck in Dubai, or as part of a wider body contouring plan, and where it is, the total reflects both procedures. I say this here rather than at the consultation, because a patient planning a combined procedure should not discover the figure across a desk after they have arranged their leave from work. A combined operation is usually the more economical choice, since one anesthetic and one admission serve several procedures — the saving is real, but the total is higher than liposuction alone.
Insurance in the UAE
I do not work with insurance companies.
Liposuction is a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by health insurance in the UAE. There are uncommon exceptions where fat removal is medically driven — lipedema, for instance — in which a policy may in principle respond; if you believe yours is one of them, take it up directly with your insurer before you see me, not afterward.
I would rather say this plainly on a web page than have you spend three weeks discovering it.
Revision, and what my quotation does not promise
The figure I quote is the figure you pay for the operation we agreed. There is no hidden cost within it.
If a second procedure is later performed, that is a second operation, and it is priced as one. I would rather state that now than have you feel misled later. A surgeon who implies that all future surgery is included has made a promise he will eventually resent, and you will be the person he resents.
How to get your figure
You are examined from every angle — front, side, and back — because fat is rarely distributed evenly and the plan has to account for the whole shape. We establish how many areas need treating, which technique suits you, and whether your skin needs tightening as well.
