Labiaplasty in Dubai costs between AED 10,000 and AED 30,000 across the emirate. My own fee for labiaplasty performed alone is between AED 25,000 and AED 30,000; a revision of a previous labiaplasty, or a labiaplasty combined with another intimate procedure, sits above that range and is quoted individually.
This page sets out how that fee is built and what it includes. What it is built on is the operation in front of me — how much asymmetry there is, whether the clitoral hood needs a decision, and whether I am working through healthy tissue or through someone else’s scar. What it includes is everything: the surgery, the hospital, the anesthesia, and the care around them, with nothing to pay afterward. A price quoted before an examination is a price for an operation, not for a patient, and so the exact figure follows a consultation rather than preceding it.
Labiaplasty cost in Dubai: the summary
- Dubai market range: AED 10,000 – AED 30,000 across the emirate.
- Dr. Baycin’s fee: AED 25,000 – AED 30,000 for labiaplasty performed alone, including clitoral hood reduction where it is needed.
- Revision labiaplasty: from AED 30,000, quoted individually after examination.
- Combined procedures: labiaplasty with outer labia surgery or vaginal tightening is priced as the sum of the procedures, from AED 30,000, quoted into one figure.
- What sets the figure: the degree of asymmetry, whether the hood needs a decision, and previous surgery — all settled on examination.
- Fully inclusive. Surgeon, anesthetist, JCI hospital, theater, medication, dressings, follow-up. No bill afterward.
- Insurance: not covered, and Dr. Baycin works with no insurance company.
- Your exact figure is given in writing at consultation, after examination.
Labiaplasty fees by type
Labiaplasty is priced by what the operation has to do, because that decides how long it takes under anesthesia and how much design it demands. These are my bands.
| Operation | When it applies | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Labiaplasty alone | First-time reduction of the inner labia, symmetric or mildly asymmetric | AED 25,000 – 30,000 |
| Labiaplasty with clitoral hood reduction | Where excess hood skin needs to be addressed in the same operation | Upper end of AED 25,000 – 30,000 |
| Revision labiaplasty | Correction of a labiaplasty performed elsewhere | From AED 30,000, quoted at consultation |
| Combined procedures | Labiaplasty with outer labia surgery (vulvoplasty) or vaginal tightening (vaginoplasty) | From AED 30,000, quoted into one figure |
Where you sit is settled on examination, because asymmetry, the state of the hood, and the presence of scar from earlier surgery follow from your anatomy rather than a photograph. Whichever anesthesia you choose — local, local with sedation, or general — the anesthetist is inside the fee.
Why the exact figure comes after a consultation
A single number at the top of a page is tidy, and it would be a fiction. Labiaplasty is not one operation performed identically on interchangeable women. The tissue differs. The asymmetry differs, and it is present in most women rather than a few. Whether the clitoral hood requires a decision differs, and that decision cannot be made from a photograph. Whether you have been operated on before differs enormously, because a revision is performed through scar rather than through healthy tissue.
A price given before an examination has priced the procedure, not the patient. Individual anatomy governs this operation, so it governs the fee. You are given bands here, and an exact figure in writing once you have been examined.
What the labiaplasty fee buys
Most of what you are paying for is time and care at a wound edge measured in millimetres. The fee buys four things, not one.
- A design drawn to your anatomy, not a template. The plan is built around your asymmetry, your tissue, and your hood. Design time is inside the fee.
- A closure with no visible stitch. Internal, absorbable suturing takes longer than surface stitches, and that time is inside the fee rather than beside it.
- The scalpel, not the laser. A considered choice, and the care it allows at the edge is part of what the fee reflects.
- Sensation protected. Preserving the nerve supply takes time under the operating microscope, and that care is part of what the fee reflects.
There is a plainer way to see the value of this. A meaningful part of my practice is correcting labiaplasty performed elsewhere, and a revision is performed through scar rather than healthy tissue — which is why it sits above the primary range on this page. What you are paying for, in the end, is the operation you only have once. What goes wrong in a poorly planned labiaplasty, and how it is corrected, is on my page about revision labiaplasty in Dubai.
What the figure includes
This is the section that matters, and it is the one most cost pages omit. The number I give you is the number you pay. Nothing arrives afterward.
| Included in my fee | |
|---|---|
| Surgeon’s fee | Included |
| Consultant anesthetist | Included |
| JCI-accredited private hospital | Included |
| Operating theater | Included |
| Medications | Included |
| Garments and dressings | Included |
| All follow-up appointments | Included |
Seven things, one figure. There is no separate hospital invoice, and no anesthesia bill arriving in the weeks after your surgery. Where a combined procedure is part of your plan, it is quoted into the figure — not added afterward. When I quote you a number, that is the number, and it does not move.
What moves the figure within the range
Four things, and you will recognize most of them in yourself.
- The degree of asymmetry. Most women are asymmetric, and correcting a pronounced difference between the two sides takes longer and demands more design than a symmetric reduction.
- Whether the clitoral hood requires a decision. It frequently does, and that decision cannot be made from a photograph. Where the hood is reduced in the same operation, the figure sits at the upper end of the range. Why the hood cannot be left out of the plan is set out in my article on what a labiaplasty cannot ignore.
- Previous surgery. A revision is performed through scar rather than through healthy tissue. It is a longer, more demanding operation, and it is priced above the primary range.
- Operating time. Complexity is measured in minutes under anesthesia, and theater time is the largest single cost within any surgical fee.
None of these can be assessed remotely. All of them are apparent within ten minutes of an examination.
Combined procedures are priced separately
The primary range on this page is for labiaplasty performed alone.
Labiaplasty is often combined with outer labia surgery in Dubai or with vaginal tightening in Dubai, and where it is, the total reflects both procedures and starts above AED 30,000. I say this here rather than at the consultation because a woman planning a combined procedure should not discover the figure across a desk after she has arranged her leave from work.
A combined operation is usually the more economical choice, since one anesthetic and one hospital admission serve two procedures. The saving is real. The total is still higher than the range above.
Insurance in the UAE
I do not work with insurance companies.
Cosmetic labiaplasty is not covered by health insurance in the UAE, as elective aesthetic surgery generally is not. There are rare circumstances in which a functional complaint is documented and a policy responds, and if you believe yours is one of them you should take that up directly with your insurer before you see me, not afterward.
I would rather say this plainly on a web page than have you spend three weeks discovering it.
Revision, and what my quotation does not promise
The figure I quote is the figure you pay for the operation we agreed. There is no hidden cost within it.
If a second procedure is later performed, that is a second operation, and it is priced as one. I would rather state that now than have you feel misled later. A surgeon who implies that all future surgery is included has made a promise he will eventually resent, and you will be the person he resents.
How to get your figure
You are examined. Standing and lying, because gravity is part of the anatomy and the examination couch conceals it. We discuss what you actually want changed, which is very often not what you assumed when you booked. That is what decides between a labiaplasty alone, one with hood reduction, a revision, or a combined operation — and therefore the band.
Then you receive a figure, in writing, before you leave my practice in Dubai. It is fully inclusive, and it does not move afterward. For the range across other procedures, see plastic surgery costs in Dubai.
FAQs about labiaplasty cost in Dubai
-
What is Dr. Baycin’s fee for labiaplasty in Dubai?
Between AED 25,000 and AED 30,000 for labiaplasty performed alone, with clitoral hood reduction, where it is needed, at the upper end of that range. A revision of a labiaplasty performed elsewhere, or a labiaplasty combined with outer labia surgery or vaginal tightening, starts above AED 30,000 and is quoted individually. Across the emirate, prices range from AED 10,000 to AED 30,000. Each fee includes the surgeon, the consultant anesthetist, the JCI hospital, the theater, medication, dressings and every follow-up, with nothing to pay afterward. Your exact figure is given in writing after a consultation.
-
Why does a revision cost more than a first labiaplasty?
Because it is performed through scar rather than through healthy tissue. Correcting asymmetry, over-removal or a notched edge left by an earlier operation means rebuilding rather than reducing, and that is a longer, more demanding operation under anesthesia. Theater time is the largest single cost inside any surgical fee, so a revision sits above the primary range and is quoted after examination. It is almost always dearer than doing the operation well once.
-
Why is the exact price not published on the website?
Because it would be a fiction. Labiaplasty is not one operation performed identically on interchangeable women. Tissue differs. Asymmetry differs, and it is present in most women rather than a few. Whether the clitoral hood requires a decision differs, and that cannot be judged from a photograph. Whether you have been operated on before differs enormously, because a revision is performed through scar. So a price given before an examination has priced the procedure, not the patient. You are given bands here, and a figure in writing after you have been examined.
-
What is included in the labiaplasty fee?
Everything. The surgeon’s fee, the consultant anesthetist, the JCI-accredited hospital, the operating theater, all medications, garments and dressings, and every follow-up appointment. Where a combined procedure is part of your plan, it is quoted into the figure. Nothing arrives afterward. There is no separate hospital invoice and no anesthesia bill in the weeks following your surgery. So the figure given at consultation is the figure you pay.
-
Does the anesthesia I choose change the fee?
No. Whether you choose local anesthesia, local with sedation, or general anesthesia, the consultant anesthetist and the theater are inside the fee, and the choice is yours, made on comfort rather than cost. Which option suits which patient, and what each involves on the day, is explained on the labiaplasty procedure page.
-
Is clitoral hood reduction charged separately?
No. Where excess hood skin needs to be addressed, it is done in the same operation and the figure sits at the upper end of the AED 25,000 to 30,000 range rather than being billed as a second procedure. Whether the hood needs a decision at all cannot be judged from a photograph, which is one of the reasons the figure follows the examination.
-
How is a combined procedure priced?
As the sum of both procedures, quoted into one figure. Labiaplasty with outer labia surgery or with vaginal tightening starts above AED 30,000. A combined operation is usually the more economical choice, since one anesthetic and one admission serve two procedures, but the total is higher than a labiaplasty alone, and you will know it before you leave the consultation, not afterward.
-
Does insurance cover labiaplasty in Dubai?
No, and Dr. Baycin does not work with insurance companies. Cosmetic labiaplasty is not covered by health insurance in the UAE, as elective aesthetic surgery generally is not. There are rare circumstances in which a documented functional complaint prompts a policy to respond. So if you believe yours is one of them, take it up directly with your insurer beforehand rather than afterward.
-
Is revision surgery included in your fee?
No, and I want to be exact about it. The figure I quote is the figure you pay for the operation we agreed, and there is no hidden cost within it. If a second procedure is later performed, that is a second operation and it is priced as one. I would rather state that now than have you feel misled later.
