A breast lift in Dubai costs between AED 20,000 and AED 50,000 across the emirate. My own fee for a breast lift is between AED 40,000 and AED 50,000.
This page sets out what that fee reflects and what it includes. What it reflects is honest from the outset: a breast lift removes skin to raise the breast, so unlike some other breast surgery it does leave a scar — and the whole craft of it is keeping that scar as small and as hidden as the degree of lift allows. What the fee includes is everything: the surgery, the hospital, the anesthesia, and the care around them, with nothing to pay afterward. A price quoted before an examination is a price for an operation, not for a patient, and so the exact figure follows a consultation rather than preceding it.
Breast lift cost in Dubai: the summary

- Fully inclusive. Surgeon, anesthetist, JCI hospital, one-night stay, theater, medication, surgical bra, follow-up. No bill afterward.
- Insurance: not covered, and I work with no insurance company.
- Your exact figure is given in writing at consultation, after examination.
Why the exact figure comes after a consultation
A single number at the top of a page is tidy, and it can mislead. How much lift you need decides how much surgery is involved, and therefore the scar and the figure. Mild sagging is corrected with a small operation and a scar confined to the edge of the areola; more significant sagging needs more, and leaves a little more. And where the breast has lost volume as well as position, an implant may do part of the lifting, which changes the plan again.
A price given before an examination has priced the procedure, not the patient. How far the breast has descended, and what technique that calls for, can only be judged by examining you. You are given a range here, and an exact figure in writing once you have been examined.
What the fee reflects: the operation itself
Most of what you are paying for is a lift that looks natural and a scar kept to the minimum your degree of sagging allows. Here is what mine involves, and where each part sits in the figure.
- The scar matched to the lift. A breast lift removes skin, so it does leave a scar — there is no honest way around that. What can be controlled is how much. Mild sagging is corrected with an incision confined to a circle around the areola, where the scar hides at the natural border of the darker skin. Only greater sagging calls for more, and I use no more incision than the lift in front of me requires. Matching the incision to your anatomy rather than cutting to a standard pattern takes planning time, and that planning is part of what the fee pays for.
- Hidden where the body hides it. Where an incision is needed beyond the areola, it is placed in the natural crease beneath the breast, where the fold itself conceals it. The aim is a scar you have to look for.
- Sensation preserved. The technique is planned to preserve nipple sensation, which careless skin removal can cost. A lifted breast that has lost feeling is not a good result, and avoiding that is part of the operation — and part of what you are paying for.
- A lift, or a lift with volume. Where the breast has descended but also lost fullness, an implant can restore volume and contribute much of the lift at the same time, sometimes with less scarring than a lift alone. Whether that suits you is one of the first things we settle — and because an implant enlarges the operation, it moves the figure, quoted in rather than billed separately.
How each of these is performed, and what recovery involves, is set out in full on my page about breast lift surgery in Dubai.
A lift, an implant, or both?
This is the decision that matters most, and it is worth understanding before you come in — because it decides the operation, and the operation decides the figure.
A breast lift raises and reshapes the breast you have; it does not add volume. If your breasts have sagged but you are happy with their size, a lift alone is right. If they have sagged and lost fullness — often after pregnancy and breastfeeding — then an implant, either instead of or alongside the lift, may give the fuller, lifted result you actually want. For mild sagging with a wish for more size, a breast augmentation in Dubai can lift and enlarge together. Which of the three suits you is settled on examination — each is a different operation with a different figure — and I will tell you honestly if a lift alone will not give you what you are picturing.
What the figure includes
The number I give you is the number you pay. Nothing arrives afterward.
| Included in my fee | |
|---|---|
| Surgeon’s fee | Included |
| Consultant anesthetist | Included |
| JCI-accredited private hospital | Included |
| One-night hospital stay | Included |
| Operating theater | Included |
| Medications | Included |
| Surgical bra | Included |
| All follow-up appointments | Included |
Eight things, one figure. There is no separate hospital invoice, no charge for the overnight stay, and no anesthesia bill arriving in the weeks after your surgery. When I quote you a number, that is the number, and it does not move. Where an implant is added, that is quoted into the figure, not billed separately.
What moves the figure within the range
The range on this page is defined, because a breast lift is a defined procedure. Two things decide where within it you sit.
- The degree of lift. Mild sagging needs a smaller operation than significant sagging, and the difference shows in the operating time — the largest single cost within any surgical fee.
- Whether an implant is added. A lift combined with an implant is a larger operation than a lift alone, and the implant itself adds to the figure. Where it is part of your plan, it is quoted in.
Neither can be judged from a photograph. Both are apparent within minutes of an examination.
Insurance in the UAE
I do not work with insurance companies.
A breast lift is a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by health insurance in the UAE, as elective aesthetic surgery generally is not. If you believe your case is reconstructive or otherwise unusual, take it up directly with your insurer before you see me, not afterward.
I would rather say this plainly on a web page than have you spend three weeks discovering it.
Revision, and what my quotation does not promise
The figure I quote is the figure you pay for the operation we agreed. There is no hidden cost within it.
A breast lift does not stop the breast from changing — pregnancy, weight change, and time can allow it to descend again, and years from now some patients choose a further lift. That would be a second operation, priced as one. I would rather state that now than have you feel misled later. A surgeon who implies that all future surgery is included has made a promise he will eventually resent, and you will be the person he resents.
How to get your figure
You are examined so that the degree of sagging can be judged, and the right technique chosen — how much lift is needed, whether the scar can be confined to the areola, and whether an implant belongs in the plan. That is what decides the operation, and therefore the figure.
Then you receive a figure, in writing, before you leave my practice in Dubai. It is fully inclusive, and it does not move afterward. For the range across other procedures, see plastic surgery costs in Dubai.
FAQs about breast lift cost in Dubai
-
How much does a breast lift cost in Dubai?
Across the emirate, between AED 20,000 and AED 50,000. Dr. Baycin’s own fee is between AED 40,000 and AED 50,000 for a breast lift. That fee includes the surgeon, the anesthetist, the JCI hospital, a one-night stay, the theater, medication, the surgical bra and every follow-up, with nothing to pay afterward. Where an implant is added, it is quoted into the figure. So the figure follows from the degree of lift you need. Your exact figure is given in writing after a consultation.
-
Why is Dr. Baycin’s breast lift at the upper end of the range?
Because of the care that goes into the two things patients most regret when they are done poorly — the scar and the loss of sensation. Placing the incision no larger than the lift requires, and hiding it in the areola or breast crease, takes more planning than a standard approach. Preserving nipple sensation, which careless skin removal can cost, is part of the same care. So what the fee reflects is a lift that looks natural, with a scar kept to the minimum and feeling preserved — rather than simply raising the breast. That difference is where the fee goes.
-
What is included in the breast lift fee?
Everything. The surgeon’s fee, the consultant anesthetist, the JCI-accredited hospital, the one-night stay, the operating theater, all medications, the surgical bra, and every follow-up appointment. Where an implant is added, it is quoted into the figure. Nothing arrives afterward. There is no separate hospital invoice, no charge for the overnight stay, and no anesthesia bill in the weeks following your surgery. So the figure given at consultation is the figure you pay. That is the whole of it.
-
Does insurance cover a breast lift in Dubai?
No, and I do not work with insurance companies. A breast lift is a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by health insurance in the UAE, as elective aesthetic surgery generally is not. So if you believe your case is reconstructive or otherwise unusual, take it up directly with your insurer before you see me. Payment to me is direct in every case. I would rather tell you that plainly than have you assume a coverage that does not apply.
