Breast augmentation in Dubai costs between AED 25,000 and AED 60,000 across the emirate. My own fee is between AED 50,000 and AED 60,000, with the implants included in the figure; an augmentation combined with a breast lift starts from AED 60,000 and is quoted individually.
This page sets out how that fee is built and what it includes. What it is built on is one operation, priced one way: the implant you choose — round or anatomical, whatever size your frame can carry — does not change the figure, and no branded instrument system sits inside it. What the fee includes is everything: the implants, the surgery, the hospital, the anesthesia, and the care around them, with nothing to pay afterward. A price quoted before an examination is a price for an operation, not for a patient, and so the exact figure follows a consultation rather than preceding it.

Breast augmentation fees by type
Breast augmentation is a defined operation, and it is priced as one. What moves the figure is the operation you need, not the implant you choose. These are my bands.

Round or anatomical, any size your frame can carry, any FDA-approved brand: the implant is chosen on your anatomy and the result you want, and it is inside the figure either way.
Why the exact figure comes after a consultation
A single number at the top of a page is tidy, and it can mislead. Whether your breasts are symmetric to begin with, whether your frame calls for particular care in sizing, and whether the breast has descended enough to need a lift as well as volume all change the operation. It is planned around your anatomy and the result you want, not to a template.
A price given before an examination has priced the procedure, not the patient. What suits your frame, and which implant sits correctly on it, can only be judged by examining you. You are given bands here, and an exact figure in writing once you have been examined.
What the breast augmentation fee buys
Most of what you are paying for is a demanding route into the breast, performed with a record behind it. The fee buys four things, not one.
- No scar on the breast. The implant goes in through the armpit, and the breast itself is left unmarked. That route is more demanding than operating through the breast, and the difficulty of it is much of what the fee reflects.
- A record, not a claim. This operation has been performed here more than 950 times, and the outcomes of that series — infection, bleeding, contracture, breastfeeding afterward — are set out in full on the procedure page rather than summarized here.
- The implants, with no system on top. The implants are inside the figure. Because the technique does not depend on a proprietary instrument set, there is no branded-system cost sitting between you and the implant, and no cap on the size your frame can carry.
- Dual-plane placement. The implant is positioned in a dual plane, the placement that gives the most natural shape and the lowest complication risk. It is part of every augmentation I perform, at every point in the range.
What the figure includes
The number I give you is the number you pay, and it includes the implants. Nothing arrives afterward.

Eight things, one figure — the implants among them. There is no separate hospital invoice, no charge for the implants arriving on top of the surgery, and no surcharge for choosing one implant over another. Where a lift is part of your plan, it is quoted into the figure — not added afterward. When I quote you a number, that is the number, and it does not move.
What moves the figure within the range
The range on this page is defined, because breast augmentation is a defined procedure. Two things decide where within it you sit, and neither is the implant.
- Existing asymmetry. Where the two breasts differ to begin with, they are balanced with implants of differing sizes, and planning that adds to the operating time.
- Operating time. A frame that calls for particular care in sizing, or any correction alongside the augmentation, is measured in minutes under anesthesia — the largest single cost within any surgical fee.
Neither can be judged from a photograph. Both are apparent within minutes of an examination.
What a branded system adds to a quotation
Some augmentation in Dubai is now sold under a brand name rather than a surgeon’s. It is worth knowing what that does to the figure. A branded system is carried out with a set of proprietary single-use instruments and one specific implant, and the manufacturer’s own published study records an additional cost beyond the implant because of those single-use devices. It also limits you to the implant the system accepts, in the sizes it accepts.
Neither applies here. The technique is mine rather than licensed, so there is no instrument cost inside the figure and no implant you cannot choose. How the two approaches compare on the operation itself is set out in my comparison of the branded system against the open transaxillary technique.
Combined with a breast lift
The primary range on this page is for augmentation alone.
Where the breast has descended as well as lost volume, an augmentation is combined with a breast lift in Dubai, which raises the breast as the implant restores fullness. Where the two are combined, the total reflects both procedures and starts from AED 60,000, and I give you that figure at consultation. A combined operation is usually the more economical choice, since one anesthetic and one recovery serve both — the saving is real, but the total is higher than augmentation alone. A lift, unlike the augmentation, does leave some scarring, and I will explain exactly where.
Insurance in the UAE
I do not work with insurance companies.
Breast augmentation is a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by health insurance in the UAE, as elective aesthetic surgery generally is not. If you believe your case is reconstructive or otherwise unusual, take it up directly with your insurer before you see me, not afterward.
I would rather say this plainly on a web page than have you spend three weeks discovering it.
Revision, and what my quotation does not promise
The figure I quote is the figure you pay for the operation we agreed. There is no hidden cost within it.
Implants do not last forever, and years from now you may choose to exchange or remove them — that is a further operation, and it is priced as one; what it involves is on my page about implant exchange in Dubai. I would rather state that now than have you feel misled later. A surgeon who implies that all future surgery is included has made a promise he will eventually resent, and you will be the person he resents.
How to get your figure
You are examined so that the implant can be matched to your frame — the size that gives the result you want while sitting correctly on your chest — and so that any asymmetry or the question of a lift can be assessed. That is what decides the operation, and therefore the band.
