Breast augmentation in Dubai costs between AED 25,000 and AED 60,000 across the emirate. My own fee is between AED 50,000 and AED 60,000, for a scarless augmentation performed through the armpit, leaving no scar on the breast itself.
This page sets out what that fee reflects and what it includes. What it reflects is a technique most surgeons avoid because it is demanding — placing the implant through a hidden incision in the armpit, so the breast is left unmarked — performed here across more than 950 cases with no infection or bleeding complication. What the fee includes is everything: the implants, the surgery, the hospital, the anesthesia, and the care around them, with nothing to pay afterward. A price quoted before an examination is a price for an operation, not for a patient, and so the exact figure follows a consultation rather than preceding it.

Why the exact figure comes after a consultation
A single number at the top of a page is tidy, and it can mislead. The implant you choose — its type, and its size within a wide range — affects the figure, as does whether an augmentation is combined with a lift where the breast has also descended. The operation is planned around your anatomy and the result you want, not to a template.
A price given before an examination has priced the procedure, not the patient. What suits your frame, and which implant sits correctly on it, can only be judged by examining you. You are given a range here, and an exact figure in writing once you have been examined.
What the fee reflects: the operation itself
Most of what you are paying for is a technique that leaves the breast unmarked, performed with a safety record built over many years. Here is what mine involves.
- No scar on the breast. The implant is placed through an incision of about 2.5 to 3 centimeters hidden in the natural crease of the armpit, so there is no scar on the breast itself. Many surgeons place the incision under the breast fold or around the areola because those routes give direct line-of-sight access; the armpit route is more demanding, which is why it is less commonly offered. It is the technique I have chosen to perfect over more than 950 cases — and the difficulty of that route is much of what the fee reflects.
- A safety record, not just a claim. Across those cases there has been no infection and no bleeding complication, and only thirteen instances of capsular contracture, each managed without surgery. Nipple sensation and the ability to breastfeed are preserved. These are the outcomes the fee is really for — the result of doing one demanding operation, carefully, a great many times.
- FDA-approved implants, chosen freely. Because my technique does not tie me to a single proprietary implant, I can use any FDA-approved implant, across a wide range of sizes, and select the one that suits your frame rather than the one a system obliges me to use. Whichever we settle on, it is included in the figure, not billed on top.
- Placed in a dual plane. I position the implant in a dual plane — the upper part behind the muscle, the lower part behind the breast tissue — which gives a more natural shape and a lower risk of complications than placing it in a single plane above the muscle.
The point of the technique is that it leaves no evidence on the breast. These are two of my own patients, one year after surgery — the only incision, hidden in the armpit, has healed until it is difficult to find.

Right armpit, one year after surgery — the only incision, healed until it is difficult to find.

Left armpit, one year after surgery — the incision hidden in the natural crease of the axilla.

How this is performed, and what recovery involves, is set out in full on my page about scarless breast augmentation in Dubai.
What the figure includes
The number I give you is the number you pay, and it includes the implants. Nothing arrives afterward.
| Included in my fee | |
|---|---|
| FDA-approved implants | Included |
| Surgeon’s fee | Included |
| Consultant anesthetist | Included |
| JCI-accredited private hospital | Included |
| Operating theater | Included |
| Medications | Included |
| Surgical bra | Included |
| All follow-up appointments | Included |
Eight things, one figure — the implants among them. There is no separate hospital invoice, and no charge for the implants arriving on top of the surgery. When I quote you a number, that is the number, and it does not move.
What moves the figure within the range
The range on this page is defined, because scarless augmentation is a defined procedure. Two things decide where within it you sit.
- The implant. The type and size of implant you and I settle on affects the figure, since implants themselves vary in cost.
- The complexity of your case. A degree of existing asymmetry, or a frame that calls for particular care in sizing, can add to the operating time — the largest single cost within any surgical fee.
Neither can be judged from a photograph. Both are apparent within minutes of an examination.
Combined with a breast lift
The range on this page is for augmentation alone.
Where the breast has descended as well as lost volume, an augmentation is sometimes combined with a breast lift in Dubai, which raises the breast as the implant restores fullness. Where the two are combined, the total reflects both procedures, and I give you that figure at consultation. A combined operation is usually the more economical choice, since one anesthetic and one recovery serve both — the saving is real, but the total is higher than augmentation alone. A lift, unlike the augmentation, does leave some scarring, and I will explain exactly where.
Insurance in the UAE
I do not work with insurance companies.
Breast augmentation is a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by health insurance in the UAE, as elective aesthetic surgery generally is not. If you believe your case is reconstructive or otherwise unusual, take it up directly with your insurer before you see me, not afterward.
I would rather say this plainly on a web page than have you spend three weeks discovering it.
Revision, and what my quotation does not promise
The figure I quote is the figure you pay for the operation we agreed. There is no hidden cost within it.
Implants do not last forever, and years from now you may choose to exchange or remove them — that is a further operation, and it is priced as one. I would rather state that now than have you feel misled later. A surgeon who implies that all future surgery is included has made a promise he will eventually resent, and you will be the person he resents.
How to get your figure
You are examined so that the implant can be matched to your frame — the size that gives the result you want while sitting correctly on your chest — and so that any asymmetry or the question of a lift can be assessed. That is what decides the operation, and therefore the figure.
Then you receive a figure, in writing, before you leave my practice in Dubai. It is fully inclusive, implants included, and it does not move afterward. For the range across other procedures, see plastic surgery costs in Dubai.
FAQs about breast augmentation cost in Dubai
-
How much does breast augmentation cost in Dubai?
Across the emirate, between AED 25,000 and AED 60,000. Dr. Baycin’s own fee is between AED 50,000 and AED 60,000, for a scarless augmentation performed through the armpit. That fee includes the FDA-approved implants, the surgeon, the anesthetist, the JCI hospital, the theater, medication, the surgical bra and every follow-up, with nothing to pay afterward. So the figure reflects a particular operation, implants included. Your exact figure is given in writing after a consultation.
-
Why is Dr. Baycin’s breast augmentation at the upper end of the range?
Because of the technique and the record behind it. The scarless armpit approach is technically more demanding than operating through the breast, and it is performed here across more than 950 cases. Across those cases there has been no infection and no bleeding complication, only thirteen instances of capsular contracture — all managed without surgery — and nipple sensation and breastfeeding are preserved. So what the fee reflects is a demanding operation done carefully a great many times, with the implants included in the figure. That record, rather than any single feature, is what you are paying for.
-
Does the fee include the implants?
Yes. The FDA-approved implants are included in the figure, along with the surgeon, the consultant anesthetist, the JCI-accredited hospital, the operating theater, medications, the surgical bra, and every follow-up appointment. Nothing arrives afterward. There is no separate charge for the implants and no hospital invoice in the weeks following your surgery. So the figure given at consultation is the figure you pay, implants and all. That is the whole of it.
-
Does insurance cover breast augmentation in Dubai?
No, and I do not work with insurance companies. Breast augmentation is a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by health insurance in the UAE, as elective aesthetic surgery generally is not. So if you believe your case is reconstructive or otherwise unusual, take it up directly with your insurer before you see me. Payment to me is direct in every case. I would rather tell you that plainly than have you assume a coverage that does not apply.
