Dr. Nazmi Baycin, DHA-licensed board-certified plastic surgeon in Dubai

Vaginoplasty in Dubai costs between AED 20,000 and AED 50,000 across the emirate. My own fee for vaginal tightening is between AED 35,000 and AED 40,000.

This page sets out what that fee reflects and what it includes. What it reflects is the single choice that decides whether the result lasts: whether the operation tightens only the lining, or repairs the muscle layer beneath it. What the fee includes is everything — the surgery, the hospital, the anesthesia, and the care around them — with nothing to pay afterward. A price quoted before an examination is a price for an operation, not for a patient, and so the exact figure follows a consultation rather than preceding it.

Vaginoplasty cost in Dubai: the summary

  • Dubai market range: AED 20,000 – AED 50,000 across the emirate.
  • Dr. Baycin’s fee: AED 35,000 – AED 40,000 for vaginal tightening.
  • What the fee reflects: repair of the vaginal muscle, not only the surface lining, which is what makes the result durable.
  • Fully inclusive. Surgeon, anesthetist, JCI hospital, theater, medication, follow-up. No bill afterward.
  • Insurance: not covered, and I work with no insurance company.
  • Your exact figure is given in writing at consultation, after examination, and in full discretion.

Why the exact figure comes after a consultation

A single number at the top of a page is tidy, and it can mislead. Vaginoplasty is not one fixed operation. How much laxity there is, whether the muscle as well as the lining has stretched, and whether the procedure is combined with any other intimate surgery all change what is involved. Every woman’s anatomy and goals are different, and the operation is planned around them rather than to a template.

A price given before an examination has priced the procedure, not the patient. What your case actually needs can only be judged in a private, respectful examination. You are given a range here, and an exact figure in writing once you have been examined — in full discretion.

What the fee reflects: the operation itself

Most of what you are paying for is the operation, and with vaginal tightening one decision matters more than any other — how deep the repair goes. Here is what mine involves.

  • The muscle repaired, not only the lining. A tightening that addresses only the mucosa — the surface lining — feels tighter at first and loosens again, because the structure beneath has not been corrected. I repair the vaginal muscle itself, which is what childbirth and time actually stretch, so the result is durable rather than temporary. This is the central difference between my operation and a superficial one — and it is the difference the fee reflects.
  • A durable result, not a short-lived one. Because the correction is structural, it holds. This is also the difference between a surgical repair and the non-surgical laser or radiofrequency treatments offered elsewhere, which warm the surface tissue and need repeating — a surgical muscle repair is done once, so you pay one fee for a lasting correction rather than paying repeatedly for a temporary one.
  • Function and comfort, not appearance alone. The aim is both functional and aesthetic — restoring tone and comfort, not simply narrowing. The operation is planned around your anatomy and what you want it to achieve.
  • Careful technique, carefully managed risks. The intimate tissues are delicate, and the risks that matter — bleeding under the skin, infection — are avoided by meticulous technique and the right medication around the surgery. It is done in a JCI-accredited hospital, discreetly — and the hospital, the anesthetist and the medications that manage those risks are all inside the fee.

How this is performed, and what recovery involves, is set out in full on my page about vaginal tightening surgery in Dubai.

What the figure includes

The number I give you is the number you pay. Nothing arrives afterward.

Included in my fee
Surgeon’s fee Included
Consultant anesthetist Included
JCI-accredited private hospital Included
Operating theater Included
Medications Included
Dressings Included
All follow-up appointments Included

Seven things, one figure. There is no separate hospital invoice, and no anesthesia bill arriving in the weeks after your surgery. When I quote you a number, that is the number, and it does not move.

What moves the figure within the range

The range on this page is narrow, because vaginal tightening is a defined procedure. Two things decide where within it you sit.

  • The degree of laxity. How much the muscle and tissue have stretched determines how much repair is needed, and a more extensive correction is a longer operation.
  • Whether it is combined with other intimate surgery. Where vaginal tightening is done together with another procedure, the two are planned as one, and the combined figure is given at consultation.

Neither can be judged from a photograph or a phone call. Both are apparent in a private examination.

Combined with other intimate procedures

The range on this page is for vaginal tightening alone.

Vaginal tightening is often combined with a labiaplasty in Dubai, where the concern includes the appearance of the labia as well as the tone of the canal, or as part of a wider plan of cosmetic genital surgery. Where it is combined, the total reflects both procedures, and I give you that figure at consultation. A combined operation is usually the more economical choice, since one anesthetic and one recovery serve several procedures — the saving is real, but the total is higher than vaginal tightening alone.

Insurance in the UAE

I do not work with insurance companies.

Vaginoplasty is generally considered a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by health insurance in the UAE. If your case is reconstructive or otherwise unusual and you believe it may qualify, take it up directly with your insurer before you see me, not afterward.

I would rather say this plainly on a web page than have you spend three weeks discovering it.

Revision, and what my quotation does not promise

The figure I quote is the figure you pay for the operation we agreed. There is no hidden cost within it.

If a second procedure is later performed, that is a second operation, and it is priced as one. Much of the reason I repair the muscle rather than only the lining is to make a second procedure unnecessary — but no surgeon can promise a result will never need adjusting, and I will not fold that promise into the fee.

How to get your figure

You are seen privately and examined so that the extent of the laxity can be judged — how much the muscle as well as the lining has stretched, and whether any other procedure is part of what you want. That is what decides the operation, and therefore the figure.

Then you receive a figure, in writing, before you leave my practice in Dubai. It is fully inclusive, and it does not move afterward. For the range across other procedures, see plastic surgery costs in Dubai.

FAQs about vaginoplasty cost in Dubai

  1. How much does vaginoplasty cost in Dubai?

Across the emirate, between AED 20,000 and AED 50,000. Dr. Baycin’s own fee is between AED 35,000 and AED 40,000 for vaginal tightening. That fee reflects an operation that repairs the vaginal muscle, not only the surface lining, which is what makes the result durable. And it includes the surgeon, the anesthetist, the JCI hospital, the theater, medication and every follow-up, with nothing to pay afterward. So the figure follows from a particular operation. Your exact figure is given in writing after a private consultation.

  2. What makes Dr. Baycin’s vaginoplasty different from a cheaper one?

The depth of the repair. Many tightening procedures address only the mucosa — the surface lining. That feels tighter at first, but it loosens again, because the muscle beneath, which is what childbirth and time actually stretch, has not been corrected. I repair the vaginal muscle itself, so the correction is structural and the result is durable rather than temporary. So what you are paying for is a result that lasts, rather than one that fades and needs repeating. That is the central difference, and it is where the fee goes.

  3. Why is the exact price not published on the website?

Because vaginal tightening is not identical for everyone. How much the muscle and tissue have stretched differs from one woman to the next, and it determines how much repair is needed. Whether the procedure is combined with any other intimate surgery also changes the operation. So a price given before an examination has priced the procedure, not the patient. You are given a range here, and a figure in writing after a private examination.

  4. What is included in the vaginoplasty fee?

Everything. The surgeon’s fee, the consultant anesthetist, the JCI-accredited hospital, the operating theater, all medications, dressings, and every follow-up appointment. Nothing arrives afterward. There is no separate hospital invoice and no anesthesia bill in the weeks following your surgery. So the figure given at consultation is the figure you pay. That is the whole of it.

  5. Is the procedure discreet?

Yes. Intimate surgery calls for discretion at every stage, and the consultation, the operation in a private JCI-accredited hospital, and the follow-up care are all handled with that in mind. You are seen privately, examined respectfully, and given your figure in confidence. So the sensitive nature of the procedure is respected throughout — which is part of what a practice handling intimate surgery well is judged on.

  6. Does insurance cover vaginoplasty in Dubai?

Generally no, and I do not work with insurance companies. Vaginoplasty is usually considered a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by health insurance in the UAE. Where a case is reconstructive or otherwise unusual, some policies may in principle respond, but you would take that up with your insurer directly. So if you believe your case may qualify, raise it with your insurer before you see me. Payment to me is direct in every case.

  7. Is revision surgery included in the fee?

No, and I want to be exact about it. The figure I quote is the figure you pay for the operation we agreed, and there is no hidden cost within it. If a second procedure is later performed, that is a second operation and it is priced as one. Much of the reason I repair the muscle rather than only the lining is to make a second procedure unnecessary in the first place. So I would rather state that now than have you feel misled later. No surgeon can promise a result will never need adjusting, and I will not fold that promise into the fee.

    About Dr. Nazmi Baycin

Surgery, to me, is precision applied in service of restoration — a conviction that has guided every one of the more than 7,000 procedures I have performed over 25 years in practice. I am a DHA-licensed, board-certified plastic surgeon, trained in Turkey and based in Dubai since 2016. I operate exclusively within JCI-accredited hospitals, and hold international membership in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). Three techniques, in particular, have become signatures of my practice. Scarless breast augmentation, performed through a transaxillary approach that leaves no incision on the breast itself. Labiaplasty designed individually around each patient's own anatomy, never to a standard template. And 3D customised facial bone implants, engineered through CT-based bespoke printing — a technique I currently offer as the only surgeon in Dubai providing it. My practice today spans facial rejuvenation, breast surgery, body contouring, and cosmetic genital procedures, drawing patients from across the UAE, Europe, and the wider GCC. Yet the principle guiding each of these specialties has never changed: to restore form is to restore function. Read Dr. Baycin's full profile
