A pubic lift in Dubai costs between AED 15,000 and AED 30,000 across the emirate. My own fee for a pubic lift performed alone is between AED 25,000 and AED 30,000.
This page sets out what that fee reflects and what it includes. What it reflects is the operation itself — a lift that tightens the deep support of the mons rather than merely trimming skin, through an incision hidden in the natural crease. What it includes is everything: the surgery, the hospital, the anesthesia and the care around them, with nothing to pay afterward. A price quoted before an examination is a price for an operation, not for a patient, and so the exact figure follows a consultation rather than preceding it.
Pubic lift cost in Dubai: the summary
- Dubai market range: AED 15,000 – AED 30,000 across the emirate.
- Dr. Baycin’s fee: AED 25,000 – AED 30,000, for a pubic lift performed alone.
- What the fee reflects: deep fascial tightening and a concealed incision, not skin removal alone.
- Fully inclusive. Surgeon, anesthetist, JCI hospital, operating room, medication, follow-up. No bill afterward.
- Insurance: not covered, and Dr. Baycin works with no insurance company.
- Your exact figure is given in writing at consultation, after examination.
Why the exact figure comes after a consultation
A single number at the top of a page is tidy, and it would be a fiction. A pubic lift — clinically, a monsplasty — is not one operation performed identically on every patient. How much skin has descended differs. How much of the fullness is fat and how much is loose skin differs, and the two are corrected differently. Whether the mons is being lifted on its own or as part of a larger contouring plan differs enormously.
A price given before an examination has priced the procedure, not the patient. What the mons actually needs — liposuction alone, or a true lift with skin excision and deep support — can only be judged by examining it, standing, where gravity reveals what a photograph conceals. You are given a range here, and an exact figure in writing once you have been examined.
What the fee reflects: the operation itself
Most of what you are paying for is the operation, and a pubic lift is more than the removal of skin. Here is what mine involves.
- A concealed incision. I place the incision within the pubic hairline and the natural suprapubic crease, so that as it matures the scar becomes virtually invisible. Placement is the difference between a discreet result and a visible one.
- Deep fascial support, not skin alone. A lift that only removes skin will loosen again. I tighten the underlying superficial fascial system to give lasting structural support — an internal corset, much like the deep repair of a tummy tuck — so the result holds rather than descending a second time. That deep repair is most of the operating time, and most of what the fee is paying for.
- The mons treated as part of the whole. The mons is the keystone of the region between the abdomen and the vulva. Its projection influences the proportions of everything around it, and excess fullness there can undermine an otherwise good result elsewhere. I assess and plan it in that context, not in isolation.
- Excision, judged not defaulted. Where the fullness is fat with good skin quality, liposuction alone may suffice. Where skin has genuinely descended, no amount of liposuction will lift it, and a true excisional lift is required. The judgment between the two is made on examination, not assumed in advance — and which of the two you need is what decides where within the range your figure sits.
How each of these is performed, and what recovery involves, is set out on my page about pubic lift surgery in Dubai, and the reasoning behind treating the mons as central to intimate contouring is in my article on mons fullness and its effect on vaginal aesthetics.
What the figure includes
The number I give you is the number you pay. Nothing arrives afterward.
| Included in my fee | |
|---|---|
| Surgeon’s fee | Included |
| Consultant anesthetist | Included |
| JCI-accredited private hospital | Included |
| Operating room | Included |
| Medications | Included |
| Garments or dressings | Included |
| All follow-up appointments | Included |
Seven things, one figure. There is no separate hospital invoice, and no anesthesia bill arriving in the weeks after your surgery. When I quote you a number, that is the number, and it does not move.
What moves the figure within the range
Three things, and they are apparent on examination.
- Fat versus skin. Fullness that is mostly fat, with skin that will retract, is a simpler correction than skin that has genuinely descended and must be excised and lifted. The second takes longer and does more.
- The extent of descent. A mild lift and a substantial one are different operations in time and complexity, and the fee follows the operation rather than the name.
- Operating time. Complexity is measured in minutes under anesthesia, and operating room time is the largest single cost within any surgical fee.
None of these can be assessed from a photograph. All of them are apparent within minutes of an examination.
Combined procedures are priced separately
The range on this page is for a pubic lift performed alone.
The mons sits on the same anatomical continuum as the lower abdomen, so a pubic lift is frequently combined with a tummy tuck in Dubai, with liposuction, or with a labiaplasty, and where it is, the total sits above AED 30,000. I say this here rather than at the consultation, because a patient planning a combined procedure should not discover the figure across a desk after she has arranged her leave from work.
A combined operation is usually the more economical choice, since one anesthetic and one admission serve several procedures. The saving is real. The total is still higher than the range above.
Insurance in the UAE
I do not work with insurance companies.
A pubic lift is a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by health insurance in the UAE. There are uncommon circumstances in which excess skin causes documented functional problems — persistent irritation, difficulty with hygiene — and a policy responds; if you believe yours is one of them, take it up directly with your insurer before you see me, not afterward.
I would rather say this plainly on a web page than have you spend three weeks discovering it.
Revision, and what my quotation does not promise
The figure I quote is the figure you pay for the operation we agreed. There is no hidden cost within it.
If a second procedure is later performed, that is a second operation, and it is priced as one. I would rather state that now than have you feel misled later. A surgeon who implies that all future surgery is included has made a promise he will eventually resent, and you will be the person he resents.
How to get your figure
You are examined, standing, because the descent of the mons is a matter of gravity and the examination couch conceals it. We establish what is fat and what is skin, and what the result should be against the rest of your contour.
Then you receive a figure, in writing, before you leave my practice in Dubai. It is fully inclusive, and it does not move afterward. For the range across other procedures, see plastic surgery costs in Dubai.
FAQs about pubic lift cost in Dubai
-
How much does a pubic lift cost in Dubai?
Across the emirate, between AED 15,000 and AED 30,000. Dr. Baycin’s own fee is between AED 25,000 and AED 30,000 for a pubic lift performed alone. That fee reflects the operation itself — a lift that tightens the deep fascial support of the mons rather than removing skin alone, through an incision hidden in the natural crease. And it includes the surgeon, the consultant anesthetist, the JCI hospital, the operating room, medication and every follow-up, with nothing to pay afterward. So the figure follows from a particular operation, performed and finished a particular way. Your exact figure is given in writing after a consultation.
-
What does Dr. Baycin’s pubic lift fee reflect?
The operation, before anything else. The incision is placed within the pubic hairline and suprapubic crease, so the scar matures to become virtually invisible. The underlying superficial fascial system is tightened for lasting support, so the lift holds rather than descending again. The mons is assessed as the keystone of the region between the abdomen and the vulva rather than in isolation, and whether the correction needs liposuction or a true excisional lift is judged on examination rather than assumed. So what you pay for is a lift built to last, finished so that it does not show.
-
Why is the exact price not published on the website?
Because it would be a fiction. A pubic lift is not one operation performed identically on everyone. How much skin has descended differs. How much of the fullness is fat and how much is loose skin differs, and the two are corrected differently. Whether the mons is being lifted alone or as part of a larger contouring plan differs enormously. So a price given before an examination has priced the procedure, not the patient. You are given a range here, and a figure in writing after you have been examined, standing, where the descent is actually visible.
-
What is included in the pubic lift fee?
Everything. The surgeon’s fee, the consultant anesthetist, the JCI-accredited hospital, the operating room, all medications, garments and dressings, and every follow-up appointment. Nothing arrives afterward. There is no separate hospital invoice and no anesthesia bill in the weeks following your surgery. So the figure given at consultation is the figure you pay. That is the whole of it.
-
Does insurance cover a pubic lift in Dubai?
No, and Dr. Baycin does not work with insurance companies. A pubic lift is a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by health insurance in the UAE. There are uncommon circumstances in which excess skin causes documented functional problems, such as persistent irritation or difficulty with hygiene, and a policy responds. So if you believe yours is one of them, take it up directly with your insurer beforehand rather than afterward. Better to know plainly than to spend three weeks discovering it.
-
What makes one pubic lift more expensive than another?
Three things, and all of them are apparent on examination. Whether the fullness is mostly fat, with skin that will retract, or skin that has genuinely descended and must be excised and lifted, which is the longer operation. The extent of the descent, since a mild lift and a substantial one differ in time and complexity. And operating time, since operating room time is the largest single cost inside any surgical fee. So none of these can be judged from a photograph, and all of them are apparent within minutes of an examination. That is why the figure comes after the examination and not before it.
-
Does the price include combined procedures?
No. The range on this page is for a pubic lift performed alone. The mons sits on the same anatomical continuum as the lower abdomen, so a pubic lift is often combined with a tummy tuck, with liposuction, or with a labiaplasty, and where it is, the total sits above AED 30,000. I state that here rather than across a desk, because a patient planning a combined procedure should not discover the figure after she has arranged her leave from work. So a combined operation is usually the more economical choice, since one anesthetic and one admission serve several procedures. The saving is real. The total is still higher than the range above.
-
Is revision surgery included in the fee?
No, and I want to be exact about it. The figure I quote is the figure you pay for the operation we agreed, and there is no hidden cost within it. If a second procedure is later performed, that is a second operation and it is priced as one. So I would rather state that now than have you feel misled later. A surgeon who implies that all future surgery is included has made a promise he will eventually resent, and you will be the person he resents.
