Dr. Nazmi Baycin, DHA-licensed board-certified plastic surgeon in Dubai

A brow lift in Dubai costs between AED 10,000 and AED 25,000 across the emirate. My own fee for a brow lift is between AED 20,000 and AED 25,000.

This page sets out what that fee reflects and what it includes. What it reflects is a procedure done through a camera rather than a long scalp incision — small cuts hidden beyond the hairline, the brow tissue lifted under a magnified view, and no visible scar. What the fee includes is everything: the surgery, the hospital, the anesthesia, and the care around them, with nothing to pay afterward. A price quoted before an examination is a price for an operation, not for a patient, and so the exact figure follows a consultation rather than preceding it.

Brow lift cost in Dubai: the summary

  • Dubai market range: AED 10,000 – AED 25,000 across the emirate.
  • Dr. Baycin’s fee: AED 20,000 – AED 25,000 for a brow lift.
  • What the fee reflects: an endoscopic, camera-guided lift with the incisions hidden in the hair, and no visible scar.
  • Fully inclusive. Surgeon, anesthetist, JCI hospital, theater, medication, follow-up. No bill afterward.
  • Insurance: not covered, and I work with no insurance company.
  • Your exact figure is given in writing at consultation, after examination.

Why the exact figure comes after a consultation

A single number at the top of a page is tidy, and it can mislead. A brow lift is not always the same operation. Sometimes the whole brow has dropped and needs lifting across the forehead; sometimes only the outer edges have descended and a lighter lift is enough. And in some patients the brow can be lifted through an incision that is already being made for eyelid surgery, which changes the operation entirely.

A price given before an examination has priced the procedure, not the patient. What your brow needs — and whether a brow lift, a fuller forehead lift, or a lift combined with eyelid surgery serves you best — can only be judged by examining your face. You are given a range here, and an exact figure in writing once you have been examined.

What the fee reflects: the operation itself

Most of what you are paying for is the operation, and a brow lift done well is defined by what you cannot see afterward — no scar, and no operated look. Here is what mine involves.

  • An endoscopic, camera-guided lift. I make a small incision a few centimeters beyond the hairline and insert an endoscopic camera through it. Working from the camera’s magnified view, I elevate the tissue above the brow with the anatomy in full detail in front of me — which is a considerable advantage over operating through a long, blind incision — and it is that camera-guided precision the fee is buying.
  • No visible scar. Because the incision sits beyond the hairline, the scar is concealed within your hair and is virtually invisible from the outside. This is the main reason the endoscopic approach has replaced the old open technique, which ran a long incision from ear to ear across the scalp. Much of the fee, in other words, pays for what you will not see.
  • Lifted through the eyelid incision, where it fits. For some patients, the brow can be lifted during upper eyelid surgery using the same incision — so no separate cuts are needed at all. Where that applies, it is the most efficient and usually the most economical route, and I will tell you if you are a candidate.
  • A brow lift, not a forehead lift, where that is what you need. If your eyebrows are not sagging and only the outer edges need raising, a full forehead lift is unnecessary — lifting the brow alone achieves the look. I do the operation your face needs, not the larger one — and you pay that operation’s fee, not the larger one’s.

How this is performed, and what recovery involves, is set out in full on my page about brow lift surgery in Dubai.

Brow lift or forehead lift?

These are related but different operations, and the distinction matters for both your result and your fee.

A brow lift raises the eyebrows themselves — the right choice when the eyebrows have dropped, or when only their outer edges have descended and created a slight hooding over the eyes. A forehead lift in Dubai is the fuller procedure, addressing drooping brows together with forehead wrinkles and frown lines across the whole upper face. Where your concern is the forehead as a whole rather than the brow alone, that is the operation to read about, and it is priced separately. Which one you need is settled on examination.

What the figure includes

The number I give you is the number you pay. Nothing arrives afterward.

Included in my fee
Surgeon’s fee Included
Consultant anesthetist Included
JCI-accredited private hospital Included
Operating theater Included
Medications Included
Dressings Included
All follow-up appointments Included

Seven things, one figure. There is no separate hospital invoice, and no anesthesia bill arriving in the weeks after your surgery. When I quote you a number, that is the number, and it does not move.

What moves the figure within the range

The range on this page is narrow, because a brow lift is a defined procedure. Two things decide where within it you sit.

  • How much lift is needed. Raising the whole brow is a little more than lifting only the outer edges, and the extent affects the operating time.
  • Whether it is combined with eyelid surgery. Where the brow is lifted through the same incision as an eyelid procedure, the two are planned together, and the combined figure is given at consultation.

Neither can be judged from a photograph. Both are apparent within minutes of an examination.

Combined with eyelid surgery or a facelift

The range on this page is for a brow lift alone.

A brow lift is often part of a wider upper-face rejuvenation — combined with eyelid surgery in Dubai, where the same incision can sometimes serve both, or with a facelift where the whole face has aged together. Where it is combined, the total reflects both procedures, and I give you that figure at consultation. A combined operation is usually the more economical choice, since one anesthetic and one recovery serve several procedures — the saving is real, but the total is higher than a brow lift alone.

Insurance in the UAE

I do not work with insurance companies.

A brow lift is a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by health insurance in the UAE, as elective aesthetic surgery generally is not. If you believe your case is unusual, take it up directly with your insurer before you see me, not afterward.

I would rather say this plainly on a web page than have you spend three weeks discovering it.

Revision, and what my quotation does not promise

The figure I quote is the figure you pay for the operation we agreed. There is no hidden cost within it.

If a second procedure is later performed, that is a second operation, and it is priced as one. I would rather state that now than have you feel misled later. A surgeon who implies that all future surgery is included has made a promise he will eventually resent, and you will be the person he resents.

How to get your figure

You are examined so that the brow can be assessed against the rest of your upper face — how far it has dropped, whether the whole brow or only the outer edges need lifting, and whether eyelid surgery is part of the picture. That is what decides the operation, and therefore the figure.

Then you receive a figure, in writing, before you leave my practice in Dubai. It is fully inclusive, and it does not move afterward. For the range across other procedures, see plastic surgery costs in Dubai.

FAQs about brow lift cost in Dubai

  1. How much does a brow lift cost in Dubai?

Across the emirate, between AED 10,000 and AED 25,000. Dr. Baycin’s own fee is between AED 20,000 and AED 25,000 for a brow lift. That fee reflects an endoscopic, camera-guided lift with the incisions hidden in the hair and no visible scar. And it includes the surgeon, the anesthetist, the JCI hospital, the theater, medication and every follow-up, with nothing to pay afterward. So the figure follows from a particular operation. Your exact figure is given in writing after a consultation.

  2. What does Dr. Baycin’s brow lift fee reflect?

An endoscopic operation done through a camera rather than a long scalp incision. I make a small cut a few centimeters beyond the hairline, insert a camera, and lift the brow tissue under a magnified view, with the anatomy in full detail in front of me. Because the incision sits beyond the hairline, the scar is concealed in the hair and is virtually invisible. This is why the endoscopic approach has replaced the old open technique that ran from ear to ear across the scalp. So what you pay for is a precise, camera-guided lift that leaves no visible mark, rather than a larger, more scarring operation.

  3. What is included in the brow lift fee?

Everything. The surgeon’s fee, the consultant anesthetist, the JCI-accredited hospital, the operating theater, all medications, dressings, and every follow-up appointment. Nothing arrives afterward. There is no separate hospital invoice and no anesthesia bill in the weeks following your surgery. So the figure given at consultation is the figure you pay. That is the whole of it.

  4. Does insurance cover a brow lift in Dubai?

No, and I do not work with insurance companies. A brow lift is a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by health insurance in the UAE, as elective aesthetic surgery generally is not. So if you believe your case is unusual, take it up directly with your insurer before you see me. Payment to me is direct in every case. I would rather tell you that plainly than have you assume a coverage that does not apply.

  5. Is revision surgery included in the fee?

No, and I want to be exact about it. The figure I quote is the figure you pay for the operation we agreed, and there is no hidden cost within it. If a second procedure is later performed, that is a second operation and it is priced as one. So I would rather state that now than have you feel misled later. A surgeon who implies that all future surgery is included has made a promise he will eventually resent, and you will be the person he resents.

    About Dr. Nazmi Baycin

Surgery, to me, is precision applied in service of restoration — a conviction that has guided every one of the more than 7,000 procedures I have performed over 25 years in practice. I am a DHA-licensed, board-certified plastic surgeon, trained in Turkey and based in Dubai since 2016. I operate exclusively within JCI-accredited hospitals, and hold international membership in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). Three techniques, in particular, have become signatures of my practice. Scarless breast augmentation, performed through a transaxillary approach that leaves no incision on the breast itself. Labiaplasty designed individually around each patient's own anatomy, never to a standard template. And 3D customised facial bone implants, engineered through CT-based bespoke printing — a technique I currently offer as the only surgeon in Dubai providing it. My practice today spans facial rejuvenation, breast surgery, body contouring, and cosmetic genital procedures, drawing patients from across the UAE, Europe, and the wider GCC. Yet the principle guiding each of these specialties has never changed: to restore form is to restore function. Read Dr. Baycin's full profile
